Shipping Policy

FieldTorq^® Products makes it a priority to ship all orders promptly. It is our policy that items are shipped within 24-48 hours of ordering. However, most items are normally shipped the same business day for orders placed before 2 PM CST. Backordered items however will be shipped as soon as they become available. Orders placed during non-business hours such as evenings, weekends, and holidays are normally processed and shipped on the next business day. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information for your package. Please make sure you enter your address correctly as the label will be printed just as you enter your information. Make sure you enter apartment numbers, suite numbers, or any other details. We are not responsible for incorrectly entered addresses. Shipping charges are not refundable.

 Lifetime Warranty (Order online at time of service)

Any Super Tool we find defective in its original material, construction, or workmanship will be repaired or replaced at our option with the same item or one of equal value at no charge. Normal wear, abuse, or improper use such as prying, pounding, not using as directed, etc., or neglect are excluded from this non-transferable warranty. Torq Assists are not covered. Sheaths have a one-year warranty from the date of purchase. Please include a copy of your original receipt.

If your Super Tool was damaged due to misuse, we will attempt to repair it for a reasonable fee and professionally resharpen it. If it cannot be repaired, we will give you a one-time option to purchase a new Super Tool for 20% off the MSRP price listed on our website.

If the FieldTorq Super Tool is not everything we promise, we will refund the purchase price, no questions asked. Please send a copy of the receipt to our Service Department for a Return Authorization number. Once you have an RA number follow the shipping instructions below. This guarantee covers our claims: Cuts like a Super Tool, Unzips better than a gut hook, and Splits the pelvic bone/rib cage.

We recommend that you insure your package and send it by certified receipt that can be tracked. USPS Priority Mail tracked and insured is an excellent cost-effective method. Please note that Super Tool loss, including shipping to and from FieldTorq Products, is not covered under warranty. Ensure your Super Tool has been thoroughly cleaned and in its sheath. Include your name, address, telephone number, Pre-Pay online , and a short explanation of the service being requested. Please allow 10 days.
